ABOUT ME

Melbourne based Mark Kelson is an established Multi-Media Producer – best known for his work with dark rockers The Eternal and Alternative 4, whose cachet of experience as a Producer, Engineer, Guitarist, Vocalist and Graphic Designer are paramount to his success in the music industry.

Having toured the world for 15 years as a musician & recording artist, Mark’s interest was sparked in production by the desire to be involved in all aspects of his own projects. As his involvement grew in these projects and he furthered his education in sound production and design, Mark felt he had something to offer a client, not only in technical knowledge, but in his years of experience.

Mark has been instrumental in producing the works of The Eternal, including a collaboration with celebrated The Tea Party frontman, Jeff Martin, co-producing The Eternal’s Under A New Sun. Additionally, he has also been producing and engineering numerous projects (Alternative 4, Okera, and Rainshadow) at his own No. 13 Studios and at ColourSound Studios in Melbourne.

Currently, Mark has been working with Duncan Patterson (ex-Anathema & Antimatter) in Alternative 4 and a new The Eternal record is in the works - as well, many new exciting projects are on the way.

Through his formal and practical experience, Mark has recently been able to offer a personal service to bands to help them achieve their career goals; whether it be Audio Production, Song Writing, Video, Web or Graphic Design.

His education in Graphic Design has seen him working with artists such AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Kiss, Blondie & The Police to create apparel and promotional material.

With many skills across the audio and visual spectrum, Mark is able to offer an artist the full service - from conception of the product right through to completion.
